We hope you never have a claim, but if you do we are here to help. 

To file a claim contact the company’s claims center listed on your policy.  For a complete list of company claim contacts Sign-In (as an existing customer), or Register today.  A listing of toll-free numbers and website links are listed on your home page.  You may contact your Lakenan Service Team to make recommendations on the potential outcome of reporting the claim and coverage information

For workers compensation claims complete the  Missouri Report of Injury  (available in a .pdf format).
