I understand that

1. …no coverage will be assumed bound or covered until I have received written confirmation from "Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve/St. Louis".

2. …"Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve/St. Louis" will process service requests based on information provided through this site, and that I will receive written confirmation of all changes to my coverage. I authorize all such changes, and assume the responsibility of notifying "Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve/St. Louis" in the event of errors or misunderstandings.

3. …"Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve" will handle service requests in good faith based on registration information.

4. …the customer (me) is responsible for updating email address and other information in the event of change.

5. …any insurance terms and definitions are meant for general informational purposes and not meant as specific advice or recommendations. For detailed information, it is my responsibility to contact "Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve".

6. …"Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve" will receive documentation of all service requests, requests for information or declination for additional information which may become part of my customer file.

8. …all insurance and non-insurance information is for general purposes and may not be up-to-date or complete.

Passwords and Security

You will be able to choose a user password during the registration process. You alone are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account access. You are also responsible for all activities or transactions that occur which are authorized by your password. You agree to immediately notify Lakenan Insurance Agency of any unauthorized use of your password or account. Allowing another person to use a login-id and its associated passwords, using a login-id and password assigned to another person, or attempting to gain access to resources for which one is not authorized is a serious breach of security and a violation of the site agreement.

You must notify Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve immediately to eliminate access to any individual who is no longer entitled to access your account, due to separation of employment or change in status. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising out of your failure to comply with this provision. Lakenan Insurance of Ste. Genevieve will keep your registration information confidential. We reserve the right to block access to the site should we suspect that your account is being accessed without your permission for use not permitted by the Terms and Conditions. You may contact us to re-establish your registration should this occur.
