Lakenan is delighted to announce the addition of Erin (Murphy-Hill) Coday to their team. On September 1, 2023, Erin officially joined the agency as a Senior Account Executive and Risk Advisor. A diverse range of experiences has marked Erin's journey to this role, all contributing to her remarkable skill set and passion for her work.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Erin has deep roots in the community. Her upbringing in North County and years living in neighborhoods like Soulard, CWE, Lafayette Square, South City, and now Chesterfield, have given her a profound understanding of the landscape.

Erin is an alumna of the University of Missouri, St. Louis, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. During her college years and beyond, she demonstrated her commitment to community involvement by serving as a volunteer coordinator and campaign manager for various political candidates at both the state and city levels. Her dedication to local referendum campaigns further showcased her passion for making a difference in the places we call home.

After her stint in politics, Erin embarked on an eight-year career in sales, where she honed her skills and experience in various industries. In 2010, her journey led her to the insurance world, initially as a part-time lead generator and assistant to a sales producer.  Little did she know that this temporary position would evolve into a lifelong career in insurance. Over the past 13 years, Erin has worn many hats in the insurance industry, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Her roles have spanned production, marketing, and service, but her primary focus has always been on business development, risk assessment, and marketing of multi-family and commercial real estate portfolios. She has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to identify and mitigate risks while creating tailored insurance solutions for her clients.

Erin's dedication to her craft and her community aligns perfectly with Lakenan's values. The agency is confident that her deep local roots, extensive experience, and commitment to excellence will greatly benefit their clients and strengthen their team.
